History

The company bäumlin & ernst ag (beag) started in 1954 as one of the first companies in Switzerland to texture Polyamide 6.6 filament yarns for the hosiery sector. Over time, the face of beag changed, and the product range was adapted to new market demands. Today, bäumlin & ernst ag is a diversified company in the fields of textured yarns, air-textured yarns, elastic covered yarns, and specialty threads. Thanks to advanced processes combined with the latest technologies and the extensive expertise of our employees, we can offer our customers the desired quality.
