Electrically conductive yarns and covered wires
Covered copper wires, twisted silver yarns, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) carbon yarns are used in sensor technology and RFID applications. The copper yarns are used into heating fabrics as conductor tracks or woven into nets to shield electromagnetic radiation (EMC, radio, radar). When the copper is connected to a conductor, light and sensor elements can be controlled.
