The air flow creates a resistant yarn with a natural appearance. Due to their characteristic properties, air-texturized yarns are used in the home textiles and sportswear sectors, but also in technical applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The crimp is created by the rebound after the air-mechanical shaping (airjet nozzle). Air-texturized yarns can be post-fixed, which increases crimp stability and reduces shrinkage. These yarns are dimensionally stable, crease- and pilling-resistant, and have high slip resistance.
