The yarn is fed through a friction-disc unit (DTY), creating a twisted yarn that is fixed in the heater.
The twist is released at the tension-reduced outlet, causing the yarn to crimp. This modern texturizing method is very efficient and versatile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spindle-texturing (PIN)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Spindle texturizing is a form-fitting twisting process.
The yarn is guided around a rotating magnetic spindle (PIN), creating a twist that is fixed in the heater.
During the tension-reduced run-out, the twist opens and the yarn crimp is created. This traditional texturizing process enables the processing of very delicate yarns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
HE yarn (FT)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
HE yarn is a so-called single-heater yarn, which stands for maximum elasticity and volume.
The first heater fixes the twist created during texturing. The uniformity of the crimping and the high, recurring elasticity are what characterize HE yarn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
SET yarn (FTF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The two-heater SET yarn stands for low to medium elastic qualities with maximum volume.
